Rachel Caldwell, Director of Systems & Project Management

Rachel Caldwell is the Director of Systems and Project Management of EHPV Management Group’s Networking and Technology Services. Rachel is an accomplished business leader with deep technology experience. She is responsible for the development of the company’s expansive technology portfolio and building technologies to deliver the company’s vision. Her strategy has been to apply efficiencies and standardization to prepare the company for future growth opportunities.

 

Rachel joined EHPV Management Group in 2018. She has served in various technical leadership roles in several different industries for the past 20 years.

 

She is a member of the Women in Technology of the Heartland Group and is extremely passionate about supporting women in technology and sciences. Also, she serves on the Management Information Systems Advisory Board for Bellevue University, where she helps develop the curriculum for the ever-changing technology in the workplace.

 

Rachel holds an MIS degree from Bellevue University. She has a daughter and two sons that keep her very busy. Her husband is a director of technology, so when they are not comparing geeky stories, they enjoy family time and riding their motorcycles.

Melodi Szymczak, Director of Marketing

As the EHPV Management Group’s director of marketing, Melodi Szymczak is responsible for linking the company’s vision to the customer-focused operations of its business units to build a cohesive brand, create consumer awareness and advocacy, and drive customer preference for the brands every day. Her main mission is to create impact and drive results while sharing her zest for life, business development and marketing.

Ms. Szymczak’s expertise includes 25 years in marketing, sales and client-side roles, including leadership positions at RD Industries, Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions and Vital Learning. She has served on the board of directors for the Nebraska Association for Talent Development and the American Council on Education, and she volunteers to support hardworking high school students in DECA and FBLA programs.

Ms. Szymczak received her bachelor of science degree in marketing and communications from Dana College, and she holds several business and skill certifications. Besides marketing, Ms. Szymczak has a true passion for her family and friends. She loves the outdoors and especially enjoys hiking, fishing and road trips.
