Todd Ryan, President and Chief Operating Officer

Todd Ryan, President and Chief Operating Officer of EHPV Management Group. Mr. Ryan joined EHPV Management Group in 2007. In his role, Mr. Ryan has strategic and operational responsibility for Big Red Keno, La Vista Keno, Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar, and Jimbo’s Diner along with 270 satellite locations in 17 communities in Nebraska.

​

​Earlier in his career, Mr. Ryan served as General Manager of Plant Operations for OSI Industries, LLC, which is a premier global food provider to such partners as McDonald’s, Hormel, and Oscar Mayer. Mr. Ryan managed multiple food processing plants in Illinois, South Carolina, and Iowa.

​

Mr. Ryan is a dedicated leader who consistently delivers reliable results. He develops, implements, and tracks new procedures with a focus on growth and profitability, and oversees the day-to-day operational functions and vision to drive business efficiencies. His strength is empowering his team to help them meet and exceed their goals.

​

​Todd is a member of the Tangier Shriners. He enjoys traveling, sporting events, hunting, golfing, NASCAR, and riding his Harley. Todd is married with two daughters, and they have four grandchildren.

​

​​Samantha Bornemeier, Vice President of Marketing

Samantha Bornemeier serves as Vice President of Marketing at EHPV Management Group, where she leads marketing strategy across the company’s portfolio of brands, driving growth, strengthening brand positioning, and enhancing customer engagement.
 

In this role, Samantha oversees the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and support sustained growth. She partners closely with executive leadership and operational teams to ensure marketing functions as a strategic driver of revenue, brand equity, and long-term enterprise value. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams and developed scalable marketing operations that deliver measurable results and impact across the organization.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Samantha is actively involved with several nonprofit groups and values time with her three children as they pursue their respective careers. She also enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

​​Jeremy Boyer, Vice President of Restaurant Operations 

Jeremy Boyer, joined EHPV Management Group in early 2025 as Vice President of Restaurant Operations, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. In this role, he oversees the operations of Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar, Big Red Neighborhood Grill & Sports Bar, and Jimbo's Diner, driving operational excellence and team success.
 

Jeremy is a passionate and results-driven leader with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Throughout his career, he has successfully opened nearly 100 new restaurants across four different brands, playing a pivotal role in their growth and success.
 

Before entering the restaurant industry, Jeremy served in the United States Marine Corps, stationed throughout the Pacific. Notably, he was at the base of Mt. Fuji during a field training exercise when 9/11 occurred. Following his military service, he spent 16 years as Chief Operating Officer for Bruno Management Group, overseeing operations for more than 60 locations across two brands. He later joined Andy’s Frozen Custard as Director of Corporate Operations, where he helped develop processes that supported the company’s rapid expansion.

​

A lifelong learner, Jeremy continually seeks to expand his expertise. After attending Bellevue University, he earned a Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova and became an EOS Systems Integrator, equipping him with the skills to optimize business operations and drive efficiency.
 

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs. His son’s athletic pursuits keep the family busy, as he actively supports his hockey and volleyball events and volunteers as a youth baseball coach and umpire. A decorated Nebraska archer, Jeremy also competes in precision rifle competitions and is an avid kayak fisherman, traveling the world in search of trophy fish.

Brandi Estrada, Vice President and Controller

Brandi Estrada serves as Vice President and Controller at EHPV Management Group. She began her career with the organization in August 2018 as a Staff Accountant. After contributing through July 2020, Brandi returned in March 2021 as the Accounting and Finance Manager for Lottery, quickly becoming a key member of the finance team.

​

In her current role, Brandi oversees the organization’s financial health, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and timely, accurate financial reporting. She works closely with executive leadership and ownership to support well‑informed, strategically aligned, and financially responsible decision‑making. Brandi emphasizes thoughtful cost management and expense oversight, partnering with departments and external vendors to ensure responsible use of company resources and alignment with organizational priorities.

​

A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Brandi is a member of the AICPA and the Nebraska Society of CPAs, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and integrity. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Washington, Tacoma.

​

Outside of her career, Brandi enjoys playing pool, watching sports, and traveling to warmer climates. She is a devoted mother to two sons and can often be found in the stands, proudly cheering for her youngest son at his high school baseball games.

Bob Rech, Vice President of Keno Operations 

Bob Rech is the Vice President of Keno Operations. Bob’s involvement in the company dates back to 2011.

​

Bob oversees all aspects of Lottery Services and Keno Operations and works to

develop, implement, and monitor all aspects of the operations ensuring all compliance goals and objectives are maintained. He cultivated his experience working

across several sectors within lottery services and understands the importance

of customer service, vendor relations, and financial accountability. By taking a creative approach to the business, he has led numerous innovations to Keno Operations.

​

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from Wayne State College. He is an avid sports

enthusiast, runner, and enjoys spending time with his family.​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Melodi Szymczak, Vice President of Sales

Melodi Szymczak is a strategic business development and sales executive with more than 25 years of experience driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence. As Vice President of Sales, she brings a proven ability to identify new business opportunities and build enduring, value-driven partnerships.

​

Since joining EHPV Management Group seven years ago, Ms. Szymczak has played a pivotal role in collaborating with business partners to generate new revenue streams and enhance customer engagement within the gaming industry.

​

Throughout her career, Ms. Szymczak has held senior marketing, sales, and client-facing leadership roles at RD Industries, Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions, and Vital Learning. Her diverse background equips her with a comprehensive understanding of both client needs and market dynamics, enabling her to develop and implement effective growth strategies across industries.

​

A committed advocate for professional development and education, Ms. Szymczak has served on the board of directors for the Nebraska Association for Talent Development and the American Council on Education. She is also dedicated to mentoring future business leaders through her volunteer work with DECA and FBLA programs, supporting high school students in developing essential leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

​

Ms. Szymczak holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications from Dana College and has earned multiple business and professional certifications. Outside of her professional achievements, she values time with family and friends and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and road trips.
