EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Todd Ryan, President and Chief Operating Officer
Todd Ryan, President and Chief Operating Officer of EHPV Management Group. Mr. Ryan joined EHPV Management Group in 2007. In his role, Mr. Ryan has strategic and operational responsibility for Big Red Keno, La Vista Keno, Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar, and Jimbo’s Diner along with 260 satellite locations in 12 communities in Eastern Nebraska.

Mr. Ryan is a dedicated leader who consistently delivers reliable results. He develops, implements, and tracks new procedures with a focus on growth and profitability, and oversees the day-to-day operational functions and vision to drive business efficiencies. His strength is empowering his team to help them meet and exceed their goals.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ryan served as General Manager of Plant Operations for OSI Industries, LLC, which is a premier global food provider to such partners as McDonald’s. Mr. Ryan managed multiple food processing plants in Illinois, South Carolina, and Iowa.
He enjoys traveling, sporting events, hunting, golfing, NASCAR, and riding his Harley. Todd is married with two daughters and they have four grandchildren.

Ryan Nietfeldt, Executive Vice President of Finance
Ryan Nietfeldt joined EHPV Management Group in 2018 to oversee the accounting and finance team and is responsible for the company’s financial related matters, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and risk mitigation. Ryan is committed to maximizing the value of the company, identifying growth initiatives, and maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency for which EHPV Management Group is known. He works closely with the executive leadership team and owners.

Ryan brings 15 years of experience in building and leading finance teams for companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Prior to joining the team, Ryan held senior-level positions at ACI Worldwide, West Corporation, and as a Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte and Frankel Zacharia. Ryan is a Board Member for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Nebraska Golf Association.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in accounting and finance and is licensed in Nebraska as a Certified Public Accountant. Ryan is a supportive dad to three sons, and he is driven to help them grow and succeed and is passionate about coaching their youth sports teams. Outside of work he is a decorated competitive golfer, who also enjoys working out, reading, concerts, and attending Nebraska Cornhusker football games.

Jeremy Boyer, Vice President of Restaurant Operations
Jeremy Boyer, joined EHPV Management Group in early 2025 as Vice President of Restaurant Operations, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. In this role, he oversees the operations of Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar, Big Red Neighborhood Grill & Sports Bar, and Jimbo's Diner, driving operational excellence and team success.
Jeremy is a passionate and results-driven leader with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Throughout his career, he has successfully opened nearly 100 new restaurants across four different brands, playing a pivotal role in their growth and success.
Before entering the restaurant industry, Jeremy served in the United States Marine Corps, stationed throughout the Pacific. Notably, he was at the base of Mt. Fuji during a field training exercise when 9/11 occurred. Following his military service, he spent 16 years as Chief Operating Officer for Bruno Management Group, overseeing operations for more than 60 locations across two brands. He later joined Andy’s Frozen Custard as Director of Corporate Operations, where he helped develop processes that supported the company’s rapid expansion.

A lifelong learner, Jeremy continually seeks to expand his expertise. After attending Bellevue University, he earned a Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova and became an EOS Systems Integrator, equipping him with the skills to optimize business operations and drive efficiency.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs. His son’s athletic pursuits keep the family busy, as he actively supports his hockey and volleyball events and volunteers as a youth baseball coach and umpire. A decorated Nebraska archer, Jeremy also competes in precision rifle competitions and is an avid kayak fisherman, traveling the world in search of trophy fish.
